Vibrant Colors

On Friday I had the end to a busy week with a mock/real interview and a presentation to a crowd of 30 seniors. I was exhausted and the weather was rainy. After a quick 20 minute siesta I decided to take a walk since the rain had cleared up. The sun was shining and it was t-shirt weather! I started walking down my main busy street and ended up at the park down the street. 


Have you ever noticed how VIBRANT everything looks after it has been soaked from the rain? The grass was vivaciously green, the tree trunks were their dark wood color, the sky was a mix of orange, purple and pink as the sun was setting. I realized during this walk how lucky I am to be able to walk, breathe in the crisp air and enjoy the view. 


Next time it rains near you, go outside once its done and soak in the beauty.
